Pick & place is where the return shows up fastest: the task is simple, the cycle is short and the robot does not tire. The two cells below share a base and an HMI; the difference is whether parts arrive ordered or loose in a bin.

Pick & place

A turnkey cell with FR3, FR5 or FR10 that moves parts and packages with precise, repeatable picks while operators work safely beside it. Bases, EOAT, conveyors and safety snap together, so the cell is reconfigured when the line changes.

EOAT: Two- or three-finger, vacuum or soft gripper, with quick change.
Control: Touchscreen HMI to select the EOAT, tune force or vacuum, teach picks and places and monitor I/O.
Safety: Built-in collaborative safety; optional scanners or light curtains and lockable enclosures.
Specs: Repeatability ±0.02–0.05 mm, compact base with cable and air management, single-phase power.
Included: Cobot, pedestal or base, configured EOAT, setup and training.

Bin picking
